How to Find Your Soul and Be Happy
Course
This course contains over 65 videos and a growing library of guided meditations totaling 15 hours. Each session includes course content, followed by a guided meditation and a mindfulness exercise. After each video, we will discuss the meditation and mindfulness techniques to better integrate these practices into our lives. Additional meditations, course surveys, and notes will help us remember our insights. An online community will be available for connection. Doug will host live sessions for meditations and discussions on any course material.
