How to find Your Soul and be Happy
This course contains over 65 videos, 15 hours and growing inventory of guided meditations. Each session has the course content then a gilded meditation and a mindfulness exercise. After each we have a video, we discuss the meditation and mindfulness so we can better experience and understand how to convert it into our lives. There are many additional meditations course survey and notes to remind us of our own insights. An online community is available to connect with. Doug will be doing live sessions to do meditations and to go over any of the course material you like to discuss.

From a young age, Doug has been curious about life’s fundamental questions. His curiosity has led him through the physical sciences and to a master’s degree in Theology. This path also brought him to meditation, where he discovered a different way of knowing. Doug began teaching meditation in 1996 and has continued to explore the nature of life and existence.
