The book and the course offer two things, a path to happiness and finding the Soul.
Happiness is simple, be present. The only time in life you experience happiness is when your attention is here and now. The only time in life you are stressed or anxious is when you are busy worrying about all the things that may not happen and events and regrets in the past. Conversely, when you cultivate happiness in your life, at the same time you create a way of living with less stress and anxiety.
Happiness is simple, but its not easy. In this program we look at happiness and what gets in the way of being happy. Those sections are called, don’t feel bad that you’re not happy. We have some basic design issues that get in the way of happiness.
When you Find your Soul, you at the same time find an inexhaustible source of happiness and love. This source is there within you, it cannot not be, but its subtle and well hidden. This first course first looks into happiness and how to get more of it. We also look at the nature of love, and barriers to that as well. Over the chapters we do practical exercises and peer deeper and look into this amazing phenomenon, you.
The online course and book are similar, the advantage of the online course is that there are extra videos that offer more guidance in the exercises.
